Proposed Method: The proposed research methods used would be content analysis, case study’s and interviews/ questionnaires. Content analysis is important because “Researchers quantify (i.e. count) and analyze (i.e. examine) the presence, meanings and relationships of words and concepts” to develop conclusions (McLeod, 2007). During the recruiting and interviewing process words are critical. Case study’s are very direct and can go in depth. The data collected is qualitative and very reliable. Questionnaires can be thought of as a kind of written interview (McLeod, 2007). A structured interview very similar to a set of questions in a questionnaire is a convenient way to collect data.
Design: The design for this research is qualitative. There must be intense examination that go in depth to have a clear understanding of the process. This process will determine the prosperity of a company and this design will provide accurate results.
